It’s Thursday, which means it’s time for a new installment of Sephora’s Weekly Wow — the beauty giant’s new, and super addicting weekly sale. This week has eyeshadow palettes, liquid lips, and a touch of skincare in its well-rounded selection. Let’s dig in.
First up, we have FOUR Make Up For Ever Artist Palettes, all of which are 50% off, making them $22 (each feature nine shades).
Volume 1 — Nudes: This is the most everyday wearable of the bunch. It’s got a basic black and pink and the rest of the offering is a mix of gilded shades — golds, bronzes, coppers and more in varying degrees of boldness.
Volume 2 — Artistic: This is a party for your lids. It’s got sparkly hues of pink, turquoise, purple, some nudes, and a to-die-for deep, sparkly emerald.
Volume 3 — Florals: This palette offers a blend of autumnally-appropriate hues. There are two sparkly teals, a pretty lavender, a sophisticated eggplant, and a muted glimmering mustard, to name just a few.
Volume 4 — Shadows: This one features nine matte shades in colors ranging from stark white to magenta, and bubblegum pink, with a number of nudes and brown shades to round out the assortment.
If you want a full palette, but want to spend less than $22, there’s the Sephora Collection Colorful Eyeshadow Filter Palette for just $12 (from $28). This comes in two photo-filter inspired colorways — Sunbleached Filter and Overcast Filter. Both names are apt.
The Sunbleached Filter is reminiscent of the shades of a beach at sunset — with 10 light-infused shades: pale pink, dusty purple, nudes, and more.
The Overcast Filter also fits its name well — it’s got deep purple and brown, and some nude beige shades too.
OKAY — moving on to lips! This week’s Weekly Wow has two offerings from Buxom.
First up, the Lip Polish Buxom is known for. It’s a tingly gloss to give your lips a wash of color with that addicting plumping effect. It comes in tons of shades, so there is literally something for everyone.
The Lip Cream (also $10 this week) comes in a host of colors and offers a gloss, sans the glitter.
Rounding out the week’s assortment are two skincare goodies from Lancôme:
The Énergie de Vie The Smoothing & Purifying Cleansing Oil is a first cleanser used on dry skin to remove makeup. It’s on sale for $25 from $42. It’s a lightweight oil that works to remove makeup and the debris accumulated on the skin from the day (gross, we know!).
Lastly, the Énergie de Vie The Smoothing & Glow Boosting Liquid Moisturizer is an antioxidant fortified moisturizer — down to $30 from $55 — so you get protection and hydration in one easy product.
