There’s a new (and seriously adorable) makeup artist in Kim Kardashian West‘s house, and she’s giving the star’s regular glam team a run for its money. Four-year-old North West took a page out of Mario Dedivanovic’s and Joyce Bonelli’s playbooks over the weekend and tried her hand at makeup artistry, while her proud, beauty-loving mama documented the whole thing on her Instagram story. Using products from ColourPop Cosmetics’s “My Little Pony Collection” as well as from Maybelline, North gave one of Kim’s friends a full-face makeover.
“North says she wants to be a makeup artist,” the KKW Beauty mogul captioned a photo of her daughter’s makeup collection, which lives in its very own personalized makeup kit. The tot got extra-creative in her face-painting experiment and used a number of different pink, purple, and sparkly shades to create what she called “the butterfly look.”
“It’ll be so magical at the end,” North announced in the clip as her client sat patiently waiting for more lipgloss-as-eyeshadow to be applied.
This is hardly the first time that the Kardashian-West offspring has expressed interest in following in her beauty-obsessed family’s footsteps. She’s already done her Aunt Khloé’s makeup, and wants to do her very own makeup tutorials on YouTube.
In addition to her budding career as a makeup artist, North may be on her way to becoming a beauty influencer, too. “My daughter watches so many YouTube tutorials and videos and she was unboxing the My Little Pony ColourPop collection and I thought to myself, ‘I wish I was recording this’ because her reaction was so funny,” Kardashian recently told WWD. “And then she did makeup on the My Little Pony that they gave and she said, ‘Mom, I want to do a YouTube video.’”
